To whom it may concern,
My name is Krista Merkoçi and I am a 20 year old Marketing student from Tirana, Albania. I would like to rent a studio. I am very tidy and I promise to take great care of the place. I have no pets.
I can move in in June, the beginning of July and then end of August, whichever suits suits you best.
Furthermore, I would rent the studio until January 2019. I can then help to find someone else to take over the contract. Of course, before making my final decision I would like to view the apartment first. The maximum I am willing to pay is €750.
